Family Events held at Stonersville Hotel

1st Birthdays, Sweet 16, Wedding Rehearsals, reunions, anniversaries, religious celebrations, "big number" birthdays, baby or bridal showers, retirements, company events/promotions and more!

We help you set up tables and chairs, prepare the room layout to your specifications, along with table cloths (rental fees apply) or your provided table cloths, clean up after the party, and even assist with hosting your milestone events. You get to relax and ENJOY your guests without all the work and worry.  Memorable days like these should be memories of quality time with guests and loved ones. We make your event smooth and stress free. Our facility main room holds 54 guests along with buffet space, gift table space with tables and chairs set up to your specifications.

PACKAGE INCLUDES:

4 hours of  time in the facility (including your time for decorating needs and bringing in your foods or decor items etc) is $550 with $75/hr additional time available -please arrange in advance. OR..... We can decorate for you (table settings, place settings, assort decor items -we do NOT do balloons) for an additional $100/ hr.

Or..... you can add additional DIY decorating time for $75/ hr

Need more space? We have an additional adjacent room available for extra space or extra guests $300

You MAY have the option to drop off items ahead of times depending on scheduling. This involves bringing in items for the party and leaving them for later.  If you wish to set up before your party time/day a $75/ hr fee applies and must be pre-arranged in advance.  We cannot guarantee availability for this service.

 We arrange all your tables and chairs using a diagram you make and can help place table covers and centerpieces, etc

We also clean up for you after your event so you can go home and relax, no sweeping up to do.

Free off street parking

Liquor license on site for beer, wine and mixed drinks- you provide the list to pre-order (pre-payment required) on what we serve arranged in advance! (Bartending fees $25/hr apply.) - NO BYO alcohol, but feel free to bring your own juice or mixers.

Drop off decor items ahead and we can set it up for you- fee applies (sorry, we do not do balloons!). Design the layout of the room: buffet, gift and cake tables, groupings for seating and sign in tables.

BYO plates, BYO flatware, BYO drinking cups, BYO napkins, BYO table covers or rent ours.

We do not having warming equipment, an oven, nor serving pieces such as chafing dishes without a rental fee. Contact your caterer for those. No Mylar confetti please: insanely hard to sweep up.... add $50 additional fee for confetti clean up.
