Ages 6-11: How do cookies, cakes and bread get their texture? What hidden chemistry make foods taste GREAT or yucky? Create artwork using and about goods, and learn how restaurants operate and factories that bring us those healthy and tasty treats? The Art of Foods. BYO Snack & Lunch.
Ages 4-5 : Learn about how food can be beautiful and healthy. What makes something taste good? Be a waitress/waiter and run a restaurant. Along with outdoor games and play. BYO snack
Ages 6-11: Building design, towers, pyramids and tunnels. What makes a bridge strong? What different materials are used for and why. Design a marble maze, supercar, and catapult. What are forces in nature and how do engineers keep things standing?
Ages 4-5: Learn about how castles and skyscrapers are built. Design your own city. Which things can be used to make a house or a bridge? Every day we have outdoor play, BYO snack, hat & water bottle.
Ages 6-11: Build a rocket ship and an airplane. What is in outer space and how can we safely travel there? Learn about planets, moons, stars, asteroids and galaxies. How do telescopes work and what do we really see in the night sky? Learn about materials and how strong they are. How do planes, jets and rockets work? Challenge gravity, plan your trips to Mars and blink through time and space. Celestial artwork.
Ages 4-5: Build a rocket ship, design a space suit, and jet plane. Artwork of planets. What makes things go fast? How does a ball fly through the air?
Ages 6-11: Sail away to tropical island adventures. Learn about the mysteries of the oceans and what creatures swim beneath the waves. Volcanoes, islands, beaches, legends or sea creatures, and pirate treasure buried beneath a palm tree. Design a boat that floats and create ocean artwork.
BYO Snack and lunch.
Ages 4-5: Sea creatures and mermaids, sharks and dolphins, whales and fish. Ocean artwork. Hawaiian islands and volcanoes. BYO snack.
Ages 6-11: Learn what it takes to become a doctor, nurse, EMT or health care worker. How do the organs function, and what really is in our bloodstream? Model the mysterious engineering and chemistry that makes us able to move and think. Kid level first aide, healthy habits, and knowing what goes on inside us when we are sick.
BYO Snack and lunch.
Ages 4-5: How does food & sleep give us energy? What really is inside of us? Careers in medicine. Bandage your Bear day, and why clean is healthy! BYO snack.
Full day camp $390/ week 8:30-3:30 w/ Spring discount: $350 /week
Half day camp $250/ week 8:30-12 or 12-3:30 w/ Spring discount: $210 /week
Extended day: pick up by 5pm add $20/day. w/ Spring discount $15/day
Early drop off: 7:45 am add $15/day w/ Spring discount $10/day
ANY 3 mornings or afternoons 8:30-12 OR 12:30 -3:30 $170/ week w/ Spring discount only $145/week
2 days per week $110 w/ Spring discount only $90/ week
(10% discount for additional children in one family, OR additional weeks of camp, CANNOT be combined with Spring discount)
Weekly Fee includes all materials for labs, STEM projects, and art projects, organized games, STEM lessons, and outdoor activities. We supply lemonade and chilled water for hydration after outside games.
BYO Lunch (refrigeration available) and snacks are BYO.

Happily Ever After Summer Science camp's program is designed by Mrs. Kathy Lavanga, holding a dual degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry and former Materials Engineer. Mrs. Lavanga has been a preschool, middle school, college teacher and enrichment director for 19 years, and holds certification in CPR training, Background clearances, training in Epi Pens, seizures and allergy-first aide.
All campers must fill out registration paperwork including health and safety information. Refunds available for cancellation up to 7 days prior to camp, minus an administrative fee of $40
Unfortunately, we cannot give partial refunds for illness or early pick ups, missed days of camp etc. Our staffing and supplies will already have been arranged for your child.
