Summer Camp: Science, Art & Engineering.

Not just any standard summer camp: a complete enrichment program with learning that's FUN! Keep your child engaged and expanding their minds all summer long, while having fun with projects that will challenge their brains and creativity with plenty of time outdoors as well!

Ages 6-11     half days 8:30-12 or 12-3:30,  Full days 8:30-3:30 (BYO lunch)

Ages 4,5 Lil' Campers Program half days 2,  3 or 5 day per week options. 8:30-12 ( also BYO lunch option if you want them to stay for lunch)

10% Discount for  additional siblings, -or- 10% off for additional week attendance.  Discounts above cannot be combined with the Spring discount..

Ages 6-11: Learn about the power of the waves and how the ocean supports all life on Earth! Dig into the lore of mermaids and monsters. Ocean creatures and how they live.  Beyond the snorkle: looking at underwater lifescapes. BYO Snack & Lunch.

Ages 4-5 : Learn about amazing ocean creatures that share our Earth: fish, shell creatures and aquatic mammals. Ocean themed outdoor games and play. BYO snack

Ages 6-11: Dreaming about becoming a doctor, nurse or health care provider? Learn more about how the human body functions: heart, lungs, healthy eating, and how it all keeps you active and well. Learn to bandage, "suture" practice, learn about bacteria, cells and chemical signals that make our bodies work. What is DNA and how does it make us each an individual?

Ages 4-5: Learn what it takes to stay healthy. Practice putting a bandage or cast on your bear! Listen to your heart and count the beats. What is a fever and how is it measured? How does breathing keep our body working?  Every day we have outdoor play, BYO snack 

Ages 6-11: Build a skyscraper and a race car. Design a building and learn about how the structure keeps it standing through storms and wind. What are the forces that can make something break? Learn about materials and how strong they are. How do levers lift heavy loads, and how did those pyramids stand for centuries? How do catapults, jets and rockets work? Challenge gravity,

Ages 4-5: Build a tower, design a boat, race car and rockets. Design a maze. What makes things go fast? How does a ball fly through the air?

Ages 6-11: Learn how to become a chef! How do our taste buds work and why do some foods cause allergies? How do the ingredients in baked goods make them rise? Is it hot enough to actually cook an egg on the sidewalk? Find out....

BYO Snack and lunch. 

Ages 4-5: Set an elegant table. Learn about different types of foods and how to make a sandwich! Can you be a waiter? Learn about Food art. How does food give us energy? BYO snack.

Ages 6-12 Full day camp $350/ week 8:30-3:30  w/ Spring discount: $300 /week

                  Half day camp $200/ week 8:30-12   w/ Spring discount: $175/week

Extended day: pick up by 5pm add $60/week.  w/ Spring discount $50/week

Ages 4-5  ANY 3 mornings 8:30-12 $140/ week w/ Spring discount only $120/week

 all  5 mornings per week $200/week  w/ Spring discount only $175/ week

 2 days per week $90 w/ Spring discount only $80/ week

 (10% discount for additional children in one family, OR additional weeks of camp, cannot be combined with Spring discount)

Weekly Fee includes all materials for labs, STEM projects, and art projects, organized games, STEM lessons, and outdoor activities.  Lunch and snack are BYO. Smiles, laughter, and lifetime memories included at no additional charge !!  :) 

Happily Ever After Summer Science camp's program is designed by Mrs. Kathy Lavanga, holding a dual degree in Chemistry and biochemistry and former materials engineer. Mrs. Lavanga has been a preschool and middle school teacher and enrichment director for 19 years, and holds certification in CPR, Background clearances, training in Epi Pens, seizures and allergy first aide. 

All campers must fill out registration paperwork including health and safety information.  Refunds available for cancellation up to 7 days prior to camp, minus an administrative fee of $40
