Summer Enrichment Camp: Science & Art

Not just any standard summer camp: a complete enrichment program with learning that's FUN!

Ages 6-11     half days 8:30-12 or 12-3:30,  Full days 8:30-3:30 (BYO lunch)

Ages 4,5 Lil' Campers Program half days 2,  3 or 5 day per week options. 8:30-12 ( also BYO lunch option if you want them to stay for lunch)

Ages 6-12: Engineering concepts and design. Create things out of a myriad of materials. Invent toys. Build bridges and learn about strength and forces. Art and architecture Outdoor sports and game time. BYO snack and lunch.

Ages 4-5:  Trucks, towers, and toys. Enrichment Engineering and outdoor play time (bring hat and sunscreen) BYO snack  

Ages 6-11: Out in the "wild": animals, birds, bugs and snakes! Wild things with fur, claws and teeth. Woodcrafts, nature art, critter art. Outdoor ecosystems and wild life watching. BYO Snack & Lunch.

Ages 4-5 : Let's play Chef!., food science crafts, make your own snack chef lesson, outdoor games and play. BYO snack

Ages 6-10: Science of food, nutrition, and yep; the sweet stuff too.  How our bodies make all that into energy and help us live and grow. Recipe creation and how ingredients blend together. Cooking, Health & Nutrition Science. Grow your own garden. Flavors and the art of food.

Ages 4-5: Food that's good for you and how it's grown or made.  Gardening lessons and farm games. Cupcake art.  Every day we have outdoor play, BYO snack 

Ages 6-12: Science of our environment. Tornados, earthquakes, lightning storms and more! How do landslides happen, and what makes volcanoes erupt? Art that captures the beauty of nature. The art of sunsets and ocean currents.  Outdoor play and study the breeze and sun. Is it hot enough to actually cook an egg on the sidewalk? Find out.... 

BYO Snack and lunch. 

Ages 4-5: Tornado in a bottle, earthquake contest, lightning art. How does the wind blow? BYO snack.

Ages 6-12 Full day camp $350/ week 8:30-3:30  w/ Spring discount: $300 /week

                  Half day camp $200/ week 8:30-12   w/ Spring discount: $175/week

Extended day: pick up by 5pm add $60/week.  w/ Spring discount $50/week

Ages 4-5  ANY 3 mornings 8:30-12 $140/ week w/ Spring discount only $120/week

 all  5 mornings per week $200/week  w/ Spring discount only $175/ week

 2 days per week $90 w/ Spring discount only $80/ week

 (10% discount for additional children in one family, OR additional weeks of camp, cannot be combined with Spring discount)

Weekly Fee includes all materials for labs, STEM projects, and art projects, organized games, STEM lessons, and outdoor activities.  Lunch and snack are BYO. Smiles, laughter, and lifetime memories included at no additional charge !!  :) 

Happily Ever After Summer Science camp's program is designed by Mrs. Kathy Lavanga, holding a dual degree in Chemistry and biochemistry and former materials engineer. Mrs. Lavanga has been a preschool and middle school teacher and enrichment director for 19 years, and holds certification in CPR, Background clearances, training in Epi Pens, seizures and allergy first aide. 

All campers must fill out registration paperwork including health and safety information.  Refunds available for cancellation up to 7 days prior to camp, minus an administrative fee of $40
